သတင္းေၾကာင့္ ၾကားသိရသည့္ ျပည္သူလူထုအတြင္း ႏွေမ်ာတ တျဖစ္လ်က္
၀မ္းနည္းျခင္း တုန္လႈပ္ေခ်ာက္ျခားျခင္းၾကီးစြာ ျဖစ္ခဲ့ရပါသည္။
မဏိပူရ္ကသည္း မ်ားေရာက္ရွိလာၾကသည့္ အခ်ိန္ မွ စ၍ သမိုင္းတြင္ မၾကံ ူဖူးေအာင္ ဘိန္းစိုက္ပ်ဳိ္းမႈ အၾကီးအက်ယ္ တိုးပြားလာျခင္း ေၾကာင့္ စိတ္မခ်မ္းမသာျဖစ္ေနရသည့္ ေဒသခံ ျပည္သူ မ်ား အၾကားတြင္လည္း မလုံျခံ ူမႈ ကို ထပ္မံ တိုးပြားခံစားရလ်က္ ကိုယ့္အိမ္ ကိုယ့္ယာ ဘိုးဘြားပိုင္ ေျမေပၚ တြင္ ေနထိုင္ရပါေသာ္လည္း အေၾကာက္တရား ၾကီးစြာ ျဖစ္ေပၚခံစားေနရပါသည္။
ထို ့ေၾကာင့္ ဇိုမီးတို ့ေဒသအတြင္း ယခုကဲ့သို ့ျဖစ္ရပ္ဆိုးမ်ား ေနာက္ေနာင္တြင္ ထပ္မံ မျဖစ္ပြားေစရန္
၁။ တြန္းဇန္ျမိ့ ူႏွင့္ တမူးျမိ့ ူ အပါအ၀င္ ေက်းရြာမ်ားတြင္ တရား၀င္သဖြယ္ ရပ္တည္ေနထိုင္ၾကသည့္ အိႏၵိယ ႏိုင္ငံသား မဏိပူရ္လက္နက္ကိုင္ အဖြဲ ့အစည္းမ်ား ၊ အဖြဲ ့၀င္မ်ား အေရးတြင္ ၂၀၀၈ ႏိုင္ငံေတာ္ ဖြဲ ့ စည္းပုံအေျခခံဥပေဒ ႏိုင္ငံေတာ္ အေျခခံမူမ်ား အခန္း(၁) အပိုဒ္ ၄၂။ (ခ) ပါ ျပဌာန္းခ်က္ (ႏိုင္ငံေတာ္အတြင္းမည္သည့္ႏိုင္ငံျခားတပ္ဖြဲ ့ ကိုမ်ွတပ္ခ်ခြင့္မျပ ု)အတိုင္း အစိုးရ ႏွင့္တပ္မေတာ္ မွ တိတိက်က် လိုက္နာ က်င့္သုံးရန္ ႏွင့္ လက္ခံ ေနရာေပး ပတ္သက္ ေနသည့္ ဌာနဆိုင္ရာ တာ၀န္ရွိသူ မ်ားကို စုံစမ္းေဖာ္ထုတ္ အေရးယူရန္
၂။ မင္းမဲ့တိုင္းျပည္အလား သတ္ျဖတ္ခံရသည့္ ဆရာမ လ်ာ ဒိမ္လြန္မန္ ၏ က်န္ရစ္သူ မိသားစုတို ့အေပၚ ႏိုင္ငံေတာ္ အစိုးရ ၊ ခ်င္းျပည္နယ္ အစိုးရ ႏွင့္ ပညာေရး ၀န္ၾကီးဌာန တ္ို ့မွ လူသားခ်င္းစာနာေထာက္ထားမႈျဖင့္ ႏွစ္သိမ့္အားေပးရန္ ၊ ဇိုမီးထုံးစံ ႏွင့္ အညီ ကြယ္လြန္သူ ဆရာမလ်ာဒိမ္လြန္မန္ အတြက္ တာ၀န္ယူ ေဆာင္ရြက္ေပးရန္

Joint Statement on the Killing of Ms. Dim Lun Mang
19th November 2019
We, the undersigned Civil Society Organizations strongly condemned the horrific killing of our beloved School Teacher, Ms. Dim Lun Mang on 17th November 2019 at Tuivel Zang Village in Tonzang Township of Chin State.
We sadly learned that Ms. Dim Lun Mang was brutally murdered with multiple gun shots in front of her school children by Mr. Binod, a member of an Insurgent Group from Manipur State in India, stationed and operated illegally in Tonzang Township in Myanmar.
It was known that the Manipuri known as Metei insurgent group has been involved in drug trafficking, smuggling guns illegally, torturing local ethnic Zomi people, confiscating land and properties for decades under gun point.
The local community and the entire Zomi communities throughout the world have been in shock with fear and anger on the inhumane killing of an innocent School Teacher, and with unanswered questions such as what was the motive behind the murder, how to prevent this lawlessness from happening in the future, how an insurgent group from neighboring country could freely operate in Chin State.
Therefore, we urgently demand in solidarity that:
1. The Border Security Affairs must take immediate action against Manipuri insurgent group by removing them from operating inside Myanmar, especially in Northern Chin State and Kalay Kabaw Valley of Sagaing Region to be in compliance with the Article 42(B) of Chapter 1 of the 2008 Myanmar Constitution.
2. The Government of Myanmar, Chin State Government through its Education Ministry to provide with benevolent support to the family of Ms. Dim Lun Mang as well as the community with security and humanitarian support.
3. The India and Myanmar authority and law enforcement would immediately take action on murderer Binod of India for justice of Ms. Dim Lun Mang.
4. The Government of Myanmar to thoroughly scrutinize on the illegal settlement Manipuri from India in Tonzang and Tamu Township in Myanmar. The authorities should stop them doing business and operating illegal trade in Myanmar.
5.The Union Parliament in coordination with the Union Government and Tatmadaw should form an Investigation Commission to stop illegal activities such as drug and gun trading, extra-judicial execution, illegal taxation and take immediate action.
